Wave Recruit Website Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wave Recruit website (the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Website.

1.3 User Accounts: You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.2 Limited License: These Terms permit you to use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website, except as follows:  

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.  

• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.  

• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.  
   

2.3 Prohibited Uses: You must not:

• Modify copies of any materials from the Website.

• Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from the accompanying text.

WAVE RECRUIT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Wave Recruit with respect to the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Website.
