Mary Lou is the CEO and the driving force behind everything Wave stands for. She’s the powerhouse who helped build the brand from the ground up, leading with vision, heart, and a whole lot of hustle. A proud alum of both the University of Connecticut and Wesleyan University, Mary Lou brings a strong foundation to her leadership. Her passion for helping people succeed is at the core of everything we do, and it’s what makes Wave such a special place to work and grow.
